Hi there Linda and I are moving to a new home in Spinnacker Bay between Maraetai and Beachlands and so our home here in Snells Beach is now up for sale.

It has the potential for a home and income in that it has a separate self contained 2 bedroom flat attached. We've used this as a Charter B&B for the past 8 years and it has worked well for us.
